The mastiff described above is sold for the sum of $

A show puppy is defined here to be a mastiff, which is in good health at the time of sale and embodies the mastiff breed. This puppy is purebred and is registerable with the American Kennel Club.
The parents of this puppy have had x-rays to establish that they are free of hip and elbow dysplasia.
This puppy is registered with a full registration, which will allow
breeding and registering offspring. (The BUYER agrees this PUPPY will be
shown at least 12 times a year)
The BREEDER guarantees the above-described dog to be healthy at the time of sale.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said PUPPY, after delivery.

The BUYER agrees to have this PUPPY examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.
If the PUPPY is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded. Deadline for this refund is
All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
The BUYER agrees to maintain the PUPPY'S health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.
The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs (parents) that are certified free of hip and elbow dysplasia DNA PRA. And by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.
There are, many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet exercise weight gain etc. the BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. Most particularly the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy slim throughout it's normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.
The BUYER agrees that neither he\she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this puppy or transfer ownership of this PUPPY without the BREEDER'S knowledge and written consent.
The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the BUYER cannot take proper care of the PUPPY, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY.
The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address during the PUPPY'S lifetime.
In addition to but not to exclude the following:
If the owner (for whatever reason) can not or does not wish to maintain custody
of this mastiff (at anytime during it's lifetime) ownership shall revert back to it's breeders, including all AKC papers**
At no time may this mastiff be resold or given to a third party without expressed written, signed and notarized, agreement from it's breeders and no other excuse shall be valid.
Further should I place the dog with
a third party without written, signed and notarized, agreement of the breeder I do hereby agree to pay the breeder the sum of one thousand u.s. dollars in addition to the expenses listed in item # 1

This mastiff shall not be used in any puppy mill operation, nor produce puppies for resale, in pet shops, labs, or any organization whose intent is to resell, trade, or give away puppies to be used in any lab experiments.
In the event of breach of contract I_______________________________
do hereby agree that the breeders may obtain return of the dog without any monetary reimbursement to the owners and shall be due the sum of five thousand US dollars in liquidated damages incurred to the expenses listed in item # 1.

IN THE EVENT THAT LITIGATION IS COMMENCED TO ENFORCE THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT THE BREEDERS BEING DORA L COOLBAUGH, SHALL BE ENTITLED TO THE COST THEREOF: INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATTORNEY FEES, AND ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES INCURRED BY THEM AND THEIR ATTORNEY.


















The breeder neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the BREEDER and BUYER with respect to this sale, lie BUYER'S signature below indicated that he\she has read, agrees and does understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
